CHANGE OF MIND?
We comply with QLD Office Of Fair Trading regulations and do not offer refunds for change of mind on purchases. However you can choose to exchange an item prior to it being shipped. Once it has been shipped we are unable to exchange.

FAULTY / DAMAGED ITEM?
Any faulty or damaged items need to be lodged within 24hours of being delivered. Any items that are lodged as faulty or damaged after this time period will not be eligible for returns/refunds/exchanges.

We will need clear photos of the box it was delivered in, as well as photos of the item. Please include your name, order number and a description of the fault/damage.

Is it broken? No way! These beauties were naturally grown by Mother Nature. You can’t expect them to be 100% perfect, that’s what makes them special and unique. Every single piece is different and that’s why we love them!
