We comply with QLD Office of Fair Trading regulations on refunds. We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind.

You can choose to exchange an item prior to it being dispatched. The new item has to be of equal value to the original purchase. Once your items have been dispatched we are unable to exchange.

Faulty/Damaged Item:

If an item you receive arrives and appear to be faulty/damaged, please notify us. You can email us at [email protected]

Please include your name, order number, a description of the fault/damage and a photo clearly showing the fault/damage.

All order discrepancies such as damaged and/or missing items must be brought to our attention within 14 days of you receiving your order.
